Connect your data

Plug in your CRM, booking system, or spreadsheets — and let Tasks turn records into revenue.

CallableAI is at half power until it can see your data. Connected, it recognises callers, offers real availability, writes outcomes back, and — the big one — lets Tasks mine years of history for revenue nobody has time to chase.

What you can connect

  • CRMs — the major platforms connect natively under Settings → Connections. CallableAI reads contacts, deals and activity; writes calls, outcomes and notes.
  • Booking and job systems — calendars, reservation platforms, field-service tools. This powers live availability on calls.
  • Spreadsheets — CSV upload or a synced sheet. Genuinely fine for getting started; many businesses run their first month on a spreadsheet export.
  • Anything else — the API and webhooks cover custom systems. Ask support about your stack.

Permissions are per-connection

Every connection starts read-only. You grant write-back explicitly, per system and per field group (e.g. "log calls and outcomes: yes; edit contact details: no"). The activity feed logs every write a Task makes, so trust can be verified rather than assumed.

The first mining pass

Within a few hours of connecting, Tasks produce the Opportunity report — a first pass over your data showing revenue sitting still:

  • Open quotes and their age
  • Customers gone quiet (lapsed vs their usual frequency)
  • Records missing the basics (no mobile, no email) that block outreach
  • Duplicates and conflicts, with proposed merges for your approval

Each line item has a suggested play attached. You approve; Tasks run it. Most businesses find their first campaign in this report rather than inventing one.

Data hygiene, ongoing

Working the data cleans the data. Every call verifies a phone number; every conversation updates a record; every bounce flags a dead contact. Merge suggestions and fix-ups queue for one-click approval under Data → Hygiene — ten minutes a week keeps the database in better shape than most businesses have ever had it.
