Our story
People are sick of fancy config. So were we.
CallableAI is built for sales people, by sales people. Not another tool your business has to learn — a teammate your business gets to hire.
01
We carried the phone
Before CallableAI, we sold. Real quotas, real pipelines, real Friday-evening calls answered in car parks because a deal was on the line. We know what a missed call costs because we've missed the ones that mattered — and we know follow-up wins deals because we've won and lost on it.
02
We bought the software everyone buys
The dialler, the phone system, the CRM add-ons, the 'AI receptionist'. Every one of them promised leverage and delivered configuration. Flowchart builders. Integration projects. Consultants. Meanwhile the phone kept ringing and the database kept growing colder. The tools were built by engineers for administrators — not for the people carrying the number.
03
So we built the teammate instead
CallableAI started with one question: what if the platform behaved like a great hire instead of great software? You brief it, it works, it reports back, it gets better with feedback. It answers when you can't, chases what you'd forget, and hands you the conversations only a human should have. No config. No code. Just a team member who never sleeps.
04
One team, blurred lines — on purpose
The end state isn't 'a business that uses AI'. It's a business where nobody thinks about the difference — where Ivy takes the overflow, Sarah takes the negotiation, the scoreboard doesn't care who's silicon, and the owner runs the whole thing by saying what they want. That's what we're building. Starting in Australia, where we live, for the businesses that keep the place running.
The founders
What we won't budge on
Four beliefs, non-negotiable.
Built for sales people, by sales people
We didn't come from dev shops. We came from sales floors and small businesses — the missed Friday call, the lead that went cold in an inbox, the 'solution' that needed a consultant to switch on. Callable is the tool we always wanted and nobody built.
The phone is still where money moves
Chat widgets and forms are fine. But the client ready to commit picks up the phone — and the business that answers wins. We build for that moment.
AI is a teammate, not a department
We want you to stop thinking about AI and your human team differently. One roster, one phone system, one scoreboard. When the lines blur, what's left is just a team that never drops a ball.
If you can brief a new hire, you can run Callable
That was the whole design spec. No code, no config mazes, no fancy flowchart builders. You describe what you want in plain English; the platform makes it true.
We answer our own phones with it.
Call support and there's a decent chance a Specialist picks up. That's how much we trust it — and you'll hear why.
