Read your analytics
The dashboards that matter, the numbers behind them, and how to find answers instead of charts.
CallableAI's analytics answer an operator's questions: what happened, what did it earn, and what should I change? Everything is live — when a Specialist books a job, the dashboard ticks before the caller hangs up.
The three dashboards
Owner view — the business at a glance: calls handled, bookings made, pipeline added, revenue attributed, and the week-on-week change for each. If you check one screen, it's this one. It's also what the Monday summary email contains.
Team view — per person and per Specialist: calls, connect rates, booking rates, revenue, and review flags. Humans and AI sit on the same scorecard, so you can see where each wins. See Manage your team.
Campaign view — per campaign funnels: dialled → connected → conversation → goal, with cost per outcome. This is where scripts and lists get judged.
Revenue attribution
Every dollar traces back through the chain that produced it: the invoice to the job, the job to the booking, the booking to the call, the call to the line — and the line to the campaign or ad channel if you use tracking numbers. In practice this answers the question that marketing reports never quite do: which spend turns into paid work?
Attribution is only as complete as your data connections — connect your invoicing or job system to close the loop from ring to revenue.
Outcomes, defined
Every call is auto-classified: booked, quoted, callback, transferred, message taken, no answer, not interested. You can reclassify any call from its transcript page; corrections teach the classifier your edge cases.
Finding answers
The Ask bar accepts plain questions — "which suburb books the most reno quotes?", "what's our after-hours conversion this month?" — and returns the chart with the underlying numbers, exportable as CSV. Scheduled reports (Monday summary, month-end pack) are configured under Analytics → Reports, and everything visible is available via API.
