What connects natively, what needs the API, and what happens right after you connect.
CallableAI connects to major CRMs and booking platforms natively under Settings → Connections, reads your contacts and history, and — with your explicit permission — writes back call outcomes, bookings and notes. Spreadsheets work too, and are a perfectly good way to start.
Permissions
Every connection starts read-only. Write-back is granted per field group, so 'log calls automatically' doesn't require 'edit my contact records'. Every write a Task makes is logged in the activity feed.
The Opportunity report
Within hours of connecting, Tasks produce a first-pass report of revenue sitting still in your data: aged open quotes, lapsed regulars, records missing contact details. Each line comes with a suggested play. Most businesses find their first campaign here.
