Billing, plans and usage
How the two products bill — CallableAI tokens and lanes, Cloudphone seats — and how to cap spend.
CallableAI bills as two simple products. Your CallableAI workspace runs on tokens — the usage currency (1 token = $0.05 AUD) that AI call minutes meter against — and each plan includes a monthly token allowance plus a number of lanes, which set how many AI calls can run at once. CallableCloudphone bills per seat for your human team, with per-seat rates that drop as the team grows. Past your token allowance, top-ups keep everything running rather than cutting off — a busy month should never mean a dead phone line.
Watching usage
Settings → Billing shows live token usage, projected month-end, and per-line breakdowns. You can set alert thresholds (we recommend 80%) and a hard spend cap if you want one — with the caveat that a hard cap means calls beyond it go unanswered, which usually costs more than the top-up would have.
Changing plans
Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing; downgrades apply from the next cycle. Standard plans are month-to-month with no lock-in — if you leave, your numbers port out and your data exports completely.
