CallableAI bills one flat monthly fee, scoped with sales to your deployment. Calling is unmetered. No per-minute meter, no talk-time allowance to run down. A busy month never means a bigger bill or a dead line. What is provisioned is concurrency: how many calls run at once, up to 1,500.
Watching usage
Settings → Billing shows live call activity, per-line breakdowns and the concurrency you are using. You can see when a deployment is outgrowing its scope.
Changing scope
If your call volume, concurrency or locations change, talk to your account contact. We re-scope the deployment and adjust the fee from the next cycle. If you leave, your numbers port out the way they ported in. Your data exports in full.
