CallableAI bills one flat monthly fee, scoped with sales to your deployment. Calling is unmetered — there is no per-minute meter and no talk-time allowance to run down, so a busy month never means a bigger bill or a dead phone line. What is provisioned is concurrency: how many calls run at once, supported up to 1,500 simultaneous calls.
Watching usage
Settings → Billing shows live call activity, per-line breakdowns and the concurrency you are actually using, so you can see when a deployment is outgrowing what was scoped.
Changing scope
If your call volume, concurrency or locations change, talk to your account contact — the deployment is re-scoped and the fee adjusted from the next cycle. If you leave, your numbers port out the way they ported in and your data exports completely.
