Do Not Call Register
The Do Not Call Register is an Australian government register, administered by ACMA under the Do Not Call Register Act 2006, on which individuals and businesses can list numbers they do not want to receive unsolicited telemarketing calls on. Businesses conducting telemarketing must check — 'wash' — their calling lists against the register and remove listed numbers, unless they have consent or an exemption applies. The obligation is identical whether the call is made by a person or an AI voice agent.
Washing is not a one-off task at list import: registrations change, so lists need re-checking on a schedule. Certain organisations, including charities, educational institutions and government bodies, have exemptions for particular kinds of calls.
Deployed white glove. Backed by an SLA.
CallableAI works with organisations that need quality, volume and compliance to hold at once. Bring us your requirements — we'll scope the deployment, the rollout and the SLA with you.
