Cloud phone system
A cloud phone system is a business telephone service delivered over the internet rather than through on-premise hardware or traditional fixed lines. Calls run through software on computers and mobiles, numbers are provisioned and reconfigured without physical installation, and features like hunt groups, call recording, routing rules and reporting are managed from a browser. It is also called hosted VoIP or, in enterprise contexts, UCaaS.
